Philips P2000C

This in 1983 released machine was the first luggable computer from Philips. Optionally you could insert an expansion card with an 8088 CPU and memory making this machine capable of running MS-DOS 3.30.

By default, operating system is CP/M. Like the other P2000-computers, there's no Basic in ROM. Unlike the other P2000s, this machine doesn't have support for cartridges. Especially the P2000T and P2000M are known because of the wide variety of software on the cartridge. Meaning, software exchange between the P2000s is close to impossible.

The machine weighs around 10KG and uses 2 5,25" drives with a capacity of 640KB. It has a very sharp 9" green monitor. By default, this machine has 2x Z80, one for Input/Output and one as it's main CPU.
