A pretty unknown and rare computer, only sold in Italy in very small quantities. The machine is exactly the same as a Thomson MO 6, but with minor case redesign and the Olivetti logo.

A pretty unknown and rare computer, only sold in Italy in very small quantities. The machine is exactly the same as a Thomson MO 6, but with minor case redesign and the Olivetti logo.
The Thomson MO 6 is mostly used in France on schools.
The MO 6 succeeded the MO 5, which was the French Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum.
The machine had a very short life span and was quickly replaced by its succesor, the TO 8.
Fun fact is there are 2 Basics in the ROM. First one is compatible with the MO 5-basic and the other one is from Microsoft.
