Released by NEC in 1989, the Pinwriter P5200 is a 24-pin dot matrix printer that can be used with any computer with a parallel interface. It features seven different fonts and five colors, and can print triple- and double-width, as well as double-height characters. It supports italics, bold, enhanced, doublestrike, and sub- and superscript, for up to 512 typestyle variations.
